Who Cares?

Listening is not just hearing.
Everyone can hear but not everyone actually listens.
Firstly, it’s a great experience having someone on your side for once, focusing in on you and only you. Someone willing to listen to you without assuming you want them to try and fix all your problems. You’ll be surprised how much difference the simple action of just listening will make in someones life.

My approach isn’t complicated and it begins with listening.
Nobody knows you better than you do. And no one knows your limitations like you. It’s up to you once you feel sure that you have been heard to take on the challenge of trying to change or fix your situation. That’s not something I will pressure you into but it’s certainly something I will endorse and even have the honour of helping you with. It’s my job to talk about limitations and find those overarching strengths you likely didn’t even know you had and show you how to put them to good use. You’ll be surprised what you didn’t know was holding you back all this time and what an amazing life you are actually capable of.

There’s really no limit. But I’ll be honest it all starts and begins with you. I can’t do anything for someone who has completely given up on themselves and isn’t willing to do whatever it takes to pull themselves out of the deep ruts they find themselves in. I can listen and empathise, but it’s your life, I can’t live it for you.
Whether the rut you are in is through fault of your own or the fault of others or bad situations, if you are not willing to at least try, then I can be of little assistance. But if you are willing to at least talk and allow yourself a glimmer of hope, then there’s really nothing that describes the amazing changes that will happen.
Just give yourself a chance.
