Who Cares Anyway
It’s too late for me.
There’s no forgiveness for me.
If I walked into a church I’d probably catch on fire.
God wouldn’t want someone like me.
Sound familiar?
You don’t want to admit it, but the real answer to “Who cares” is simple.
You care.
That’s why you’re still reading. Maybe you clicked just for a laugh, expecting some preachy Christian to make a fool of himself.
Maybe you wanted to feel a bit better about your own mess for a minute.
But here you are.
Life these days is mostly scrolling, hunting for that next quick laugh or dopamine hit. Scroll, laugh, scroll again.
Meanwhile the real questions keep whispering. Who am I? Why am I here? What’s the point of all this?
We’re told we’re just lucky cosmic accidents. Planet happened to be in the perfect spot, creatures just happened to become conscious and moral. Billions of years of blind luck, and when it’s over, nothing. Feed the worms. So why not live like animals? Chase the next hit. Bury the emptiness in games, social media, drugs, alcohol, blah blah.
After all, if there’s no Creator, no judgment, no accountability, who cares?
But deep down you do care. You feel the full weight. The questions never really go away. And death is the one appointment none of us can cancel.
Here’s the truth I myself learned the very hard way.
Life is a gift from a Creator who loves you (there I said, I know you dont believe me but I there it is……DEAL).
He showed that love through His Son, Jesus Christ. Fully God, fully man. He lived a perfect life, took every bit of our sin and God’s wrath on Himself, and rose from the grave.
Because of Jesus you are not a nobody. You are not too far gone. You are not defined by your worst mistakes.
In Jesus you can have strength for today, real purpose, and the free gift of everlasting life. No one can snatch you from His hand.
You’ve tried living your own way. How’s that working? Are you at peace? Are you content? Are you truly happy?
The worst thing that can happen if you turn to Jesus is this. You live a life with real meaning, love, and purpose. And if the atheists are right, you simply won’t know the difference when it ends.
The best thing?
You step into the arms of the One who loved you before you were even born, surrounded by joy and peace beyond anything words can describe.
It takes real courage to stand against the noise and indifference of this world.
But you’re already here. You’ve read this far.
If you want to talk, honestly, no pressure, completely confidential, I’m here. I’ve walked through some of the darkest places a person can go, and I know what it is to feel like it’s too late.
It’s not.
Thanks for reading.
